Postini quarantine login problems

Firstly I do not have the quaranteen option set yet several emails have been quarantined.
I have attempted to login to the quarantine system using
along with my account password but I get the error
Quote postini.default@username.plus.com
Quote Invalid log in or server error. Please try again.
Two questions:
1. Why are some emails being quarantined when the option is off for all domains?
2. How do I log in successfully to the quarantine sytem?

How do you know they're being quarantined? Are you sure you're not mistaking the Postini spam Quarantine with Virus Quarantining?

You don't if it isn't enabled.

My bad.
Yes, it's the Virus Quarantining.
A reply has been sent with the original text included but with the >> added to each line and the original message has not been received.
Sent another reply starting with an empty email then copying and pasting the original quarantine message.
The email has still not arrived. There are over twenty like this from a friend.
Any advice would be helpful.
P.s. Apart frm getting the emails above I wish to turn off the Anti-Virus tool but there is no Icon in my email settings page as describe in your link above.

I have turned off the virus checking option.
I have also raised a ticket (24992848 ) to get the offending emails resent.
What I am not sure about is whether the attachments will be stripped out or still there. I know the source of these emails who is a trusted friend.
Can you give the ticket a nudge, if you have time, as there is quite a few emails involved.

I'm still getting email messages regarding quarantined emails yet I have turned this off and had checked the option 'Apply these settings to all my domains '.
So far the emails are Spam but I am wondering why PlusNet are still checking for virii. Is this a known issue?

I've checked your account and Virus checking does seem to be switched off for all your domains. Can you raise another support ticket and include a copy of one of the virus quarantine notifications you've received (complete with headers). I can then get a problem raised on your behalf if needs be.
