Postini Quarantine site

Could someone give me a clue as to how to log in to the Postini quarantine area.
I have tried every permutation of username I can think of before running out of patience.
Do I have to create an account of some sort on Postini's systems or is it already there.
It's a hosted domain mail I am interested in. (mydomain.co.uk)

You have to opt for quarantine (postini)

Select the domain you want to use quarantine on.
select option  Quarantine spam.

As Santiago has mentioned, you'll need to have the option enabled in the Member Centre before you'll be able to login.
