I've just written a long post, as a long standing Plus Net customer of 18 years, about how I can't connect to my work VPN to remotely connect to my servers in the office.
The post was marked as Spam by someone, within 5 minutes of it being posted, and has now been deleted.
Why is this, and who is deleting it....I was not rude, but was a little critical of Plus Net and their support now. Perhaps that is why I was censored?
How am I supposed to get the assistance that I require, if technical support don't understand the query, and posts on here are deleted?
