There was an order to uncap your already uncapped upload, but that's simply due to the way the account change was placed. We've cancelled it now so there shouldn't be any changes to your line.

Okay thanks for the answers guys. Basically boils down to £20/m for 120 GB. Unfortunately, as a competitor is offering unlimited usage for £15/m, that looks a bit more attractive.

We stopped any modify orders on your line and the change to the 120GB product will happen on your next billing date.

Hi tudou. With Fibre not being available on your line It could be worth giving the Customer Options Team a call on 08451406002 to see if there is anything more that can be done. If you are anticipating having guests over for a few months we may be able to work out something that may be more suitable rather you needing to go elsewhere.

Nope as the 120GB option is temporary fix (hence under the trials section) and changes your product
