What service are you using - ADSL/FTTC/FTTP, and which router? Have you checked the error logs for a clue as to what may be happening?

Sorry, it was a rubbish post, lacking any detail. Thankfully it’s working now, it was a BT engineer mucking about with the line as i thought.
