Possible Profile Reset Required

Had a forced disconnection on Sunday, since reconnecting my internet speeds both up and down have been reduced.
1. Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
Download  Speed
11.2 Mbps

0 Mbps 21 Mbps
Max Achievable Speed
Download speedachieved during the test was - 11.2 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 17.33 Mbps
2. Upstream Test: -provides background information.
Upload Speed
0.98 Mbps

0 Mbps 0.83 Mbps
Max Achievable Speed
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.98Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 0.83 Mbps
Could a profile reset correct this and if so can this be arranged plea Coolse

Re: Possible Profile Reset Required

Your profile seems fine, it's at 17300 which is exactly what I'd expect based on the sync speed.
Are those speed tests via wired or wireless connections? Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect and see what the speed is like then?

Re: Possible Profile Reset Required

Who did a reset? Nobody looked at your account apart from me today (unless it's not the account linked to this forum username?).
Ah sorry, misread *you* did a reset.
