Your profile seems fine, it's at 17300 which is exactly what I'd expect based on the sync speed.
Are those speed tests via wired or wireless connections? Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect and see what the speed is like then?

Hi did a reset and everything appears to have returned to normal.
