Had a forced disconnection on Sunday, since reconnecting my internet speeds both up and down have been reduced.

Your profile seems fine, it's at 17300 which is exactly what I'd expect based on the sync speed.
Are those speed tests via wired or wireless connections? Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect and see what the speed is like then?
