Possible Outage 12/4

I was meant to move to the business package TOMORROW.........................but noticed my line has gone down with different IP Address..........so looks liked you've moved me over early WITHOUT telling me, no email, no text, no phone call - WHY?
I am trying to also get through to your support line but its saying "the line is busy" WTF!
I strongly suggest someone calls or replies to this thread as you have one very p###ed off customer atm!

Possible outage - 12/4

I have the same problem. Internet was working until about 20 minutes ago (8:45pm), now it's dead, and I got the same message. Now my router says "connection could not be established. Authentication failed".
Should I log a support ticket?

Re: errrrrrrrrr plusnet what have you done?!

Think you'll find its an outage, not just about what they have done to you. Hence the reason you can't get through to support. If you look at the phone queue stats and the data usage graphs they dhow a large drop in traffic at about 8.50 and the call queue then went mad.

Connection not functioning after Kernel Warm Restart & no gateway

Shortly before 9pm I lost my connection. Checking the logs there was a Kernel Warm Restart. I tried to browse and was not able to get any pages called.

Re: Possible outage - 12/4

Yep here^
Two lines to same premesis - one line affected but one isnt.
Both lines sync and connect (first one instantly, second one after about 2 minutes)  First line works like a dream. Second line has 0 throughput.
Regards
Matt
Looking at stats theres over 250 calls waiting, so it looks pretty big....

edit: obviously people are frustrated and Calling PN - id recommend holding off as they will clearly know theres a huge issue - and theres not alot PN can do while theyre on the phone to us all grumbling at them Wink
Hopefully theres a service update posted soon...  Roll_eyes

Re: Re: Internet not working!!!!!!

Oh. I just posted a thread and then saw this one. I am affected too. Glad to see that I am at least not alone, so I'm sure it will be fixed before long. I'm going to bed then!

Re: Possible Outage 12/4

Same here.  Went down at about 8.45.  Rebooted router once and was just about to call Support when I tried one more reboot and back up and running.
Ironically, I had just been thinking how stable my service had been since joining PlusNet 2 months ago!
