Hi,
Been a customer of Plusnet's for several months and overall quite happy with the service.
When my connection went live I was on a 6dB profile with a sync speed of around 8.5Mbps. This was excellent and gave almost a 1MB/s download speed from fast servers (rivalling my previous much more expensive cable connection).
The connection wasn't stable however and I've now found myself on a 12dB profile with a sync speed of around 6Mbps. While it's still rather fast, it's nothing like it was and I was wondering if I could be set onto a 9dB profile to see how things go from there.
I'm in the test socket with new filters and have tried different cabling and two routers. The line has been very stable recently but how much of that is down to the profile change...
Thanks

Hi andrewwalker1985,
Welcome to the community forum.
I have placed a SNR reset on your line to reset the db on your line. This normally takes around 4 hours to complete.
If you have any questions for us then fire away.
Chris
