Portal problem

Hi there,
The problem has been assigned to a developer so should be being worked on. Said developer is out of the office at the moment as he was here at midnight for a rollout, so I'll need to wait until tomorrow to get a full update for you.

Apologies, this is being worked on, and should hit testing today. This means if it passes it will roll out tomorrow.

This is still going through testing, as we had a couple of priority problems to sort which took precedence I'm afraid.

Unfortunately not.
We're very short-staffed in our QA department at the moment, so only priority problem fixes will get rolled today.
I'll do what I can to get this rolled out early next week.

It's a frustrating little bug and after nearly 2 months another few days will make little difference. I'm just keen to ensure it doesn't get forgotten.

It's now exactly 2 months since this problem arose for me. What's the difficulty, it was due for testing a week ago!
