Portal V. Slow

For the past hour I've found getting on to the community site to be very slow.  Any problems that may be causing this?

not worse than usual from here - about 9 secs

Might it still depend on which gateway you are on?

I'm on Telehouse North Juniper 6.  Any known problems with this gateway?
Since posting my problem we seem to have speeded up a bit again.  Is there any reason why things should be slow at the beginning of a session?
