I have just logged into your account ok. Don't forget your password is case sensitive. You could always try clearing your cookies and cache.

I've been having the same problem but cleared it when I deleted all the cookies with plusnet in the name, there were three in total.

Since then I have remoted into a client's site who use Zen as their ISP and I can connect to my account from there via IE8.
Installed Chrome here and still get the same login refusal as I get with IE8.

Keep getting invalid username/password but i know i am typing in correctly!
Went on to my wifes pc, running internet explorer and logged on first time!
Have checked cookies on, cleared cookies cache but still no luck.
Also managed to login on my office laptop (IE) earlier today.
Just seems to be affecting firefox browser.
Is it a problem at plusnet end?

Not been able to replicate any of the problems though and we've not identified anything untoward with the portal servers as yet.
Would appreciate hearing from customers still having problems after clearing their browser cookies/cache (be them intermittent or otherwise).
Also, if you are experiencing the problem then can you try browsing to here immediately afterwards and let us know what portal server you're hitting?

This was after a successful login.
Problem I'm left with now is that I can't see/read my open question with support, the error message I get is:
We were unable to complete your requested action. This may be the result of a temporary fault.
Please try again in a few minutes.
I've been having this problem for the last couple of days,(when I've managed to login to the site), and sometimes it goes away and I can read my question and sometimes it persists.
