Was / is there actually a problem because i don't see a Service Status or Priority Problem?  Portal seems to be okay here right now.

A P1 problem was raised Liam (49739). It should have been published to the portal TBH but it wasn't.
The problem was found to be related to the DNS config on one of the portal servers. It's now fixed.
