Port995 Renewal not gone through

I renewed my Port995 account last week by credit card as it runs out tomorrow (2nd) but it is still showing as awaiting clearance in the Admin Panel and I've had an email this morning to that effect as well.
Could one of the PN team please kick it along so I don't have a disruption to service.
