I could do, but I'd need to take the payment from the card on your account and also give you a call to confirm the security code before taking the payment. If you've not got the No-IP login sorted please advise when would be best for me to call and sort this and we'll get it all done for you

Thanks for the call. It has done it again though...
I try and connect to the Internet and my laptop finds the connection but cannot get any Internet and logging into the router takes ages but finally gets there. The first page on the router shows Broadband Connection as 'Connecting...'
I didn't touch any thing else I just entered in the address on the dreambox app as my no-ip:80
The Internet just came on briefly and ten back off again???
I am happy for someone to remote in
It just let me in again and then threw me out. It seems really unstable
I cannot now log on to my router I have tried my NO ip and my IP address for the router

Bear in mind the address in your dreambox app needs to be your no-ip:1080 rather than :80 as the router is accepting connections from outside on that port and then sending them to port 80 internally (but the router does that, you don't need to worry about it).
With regard to the internet going off then on again, I guess you mean on one of the PCs you were using inside the house?
I'll see if one of our hardware experts can log in remotely and double check the settings for you.

On home:
Name: Dreambox Home Wifi
Address: 192.168.1.X (this is the actual IP for the dreambox)
Port: 80
Use SSL: No (if you have SSL selected on the dreambox it'd be asking you to use port 8080 so I guess you've not turned this on)
Username: your dreambox username
Password: your dreambox password
And the second one, for use on 3G:
Name: Dreambox Out Mobile
Address: http://your.No-IP.com (or whatever it is )
Port: 1080
Use SSL: No
Username: your dreambox username
Password: your dreambox password
Think that should work based on the settings we put in last night, sorry if that's already how things are but if so it should be working provided the box is on etc.
