Port Forwarding Help - CCTV

Hi
I am hoping somebody can help me, I need to open two ports on my router, these are 9000 and 80, I am struggling to do this.
Basically I have a cctv system that is connected to my router, if I am on the wifi network I can view the CCTV on my phone, if I am on any other wifi or 4g network it does not connect to the DVR, I am guessing I haven't opened the ports correctly.
Could somebody offer some help please, plusnet technical support have told me they don't support port forwarding!

What router do you have, the process will be different between models?
