Poor speeds at night

My connect is very stable during the day but seems to get rather poor at night (anytime after 10PM).
Here is what it is at now (latency is at 850ms and often upwards of 1000ms):

I know I'm still within that 10 day new install period when it can be all over the place but I can't understand why it only seems to get bad at night.  Any ideas?
I receive lots of time-outs due to the severe latency.

Hi there,
I've just been looking at your account and apart from a few disconnections during the daytime that have happened (unless it was you rebooting the modem) I'm unable to see any obvious causes for what you've mentioned.
Even though you are still within the first week or so of being connected I'd still advise raising a fault if this issue continues to affect you: http://faults.plus.net

Hi Adam,
Thanks for looking into this for me.  I think I'll wait for the week to complete before looking at starting a fault report.  Currently the speed is all over the place.  One minute it's a great 70+MB and the next it can be anywhere from 20 to 40MB.
The BTW speed test has shown a constant line speed of 77.44MB from the very beginning so I am hopeful that this is what the line speed will be.
I did try a ping test at pingtest.net and here were the results:

In that case I'm wondering have your tests been over a wired or a wireless connection?

Have raised a fault and fingers crossed this gets resolved quickly.
I thought this may have just been an issue at nights but am experiencing it during the day too.
My typical connection speed:

My connection now:

Latency can and does climb over 1000 ms.
Both of the above were achieved on a wireless connection but is pretty much the same on a wired connection too.

Getting dire here. Called support was told it will take between 24 and 72 hours to hear back from the faults team.

Hi Khaled35,
Hoping that gets sorted ASAP for you, I can see the automated tests that were run whilst you were going through the fault checker picked up that the connection is dropping out fairly frequently so we'll need to focus on that aspect of the problem first for you.

Hi Adam,
Any chance I can see a RADIUS on my connection?  I have had to restart the modem a few times myself but that would only be about once a day.

Sure,
Here's the logs for the past 7 days. It appears that most of the disconnections are either between 5pm and 6pm and at around 11pm.
