Poor service and why the help line should be renamed to the hold line

I'm new to plus net, and regret moving from BT!
The speed is snail mail
Anyone any idea what I can do?

Your line has been disconnecting a lot:

This has caused the DLM equipment to make changes to try and stabilise the line, resulting in a more stable but slower connection.
