Poor broadlband service

HI, moved to Plusnet September 20 with Unlimited Fibre and have been very disappointed with the quality as we get constant loss of service throughout the day and night. Only two adults here with mobile phones and we use apps to view programmes on on our smart tv in the evening. Really disappointing and annoying.
