Poor broadband speeds after whizzing along for ages.

I was wondering if one of the techies could take a look into why my bb has gone really sloooow. It would also seem that my neighbours on the same exchange are also seeing the same slow down.

Hi there,
Can't see any obvious flurries of drops on your line and the line speed profile still appears around 72000 so it won't be that. Given that your neighbour is affected I suspect there's work going on in your local area on the lines or exchange which has caused the slowdown, it should sort itself out in a couple of days or so. If not, please raise it to us as a fault via the wizard at http://faults.plus.net
