What work was carried out by the engineer? Did he replace either the modem or master socket or was it all external?

It was all external currently using a home hub 5 all the engineer did was reset the dslam came back did further line tests all clear.

Since i had the engineer reset the DLM the connection was stable for almost 5 days and now it's randomly dropping the connection several times a day is this down to the DLM retraining or is this something else. Engineer came out on the 17th feb.
