Poor Connection Performance.

Hello,
Having been browsing through the forum I realised my download speed (2250kbps max) is somewhat on the low side.
I have run several BT speed tests, at various times of day and over several days.
The results are as follows :-
IP Profile - 7150kbps
Connection rate - 8128 down stream, 832 upstream.
Last two throughput results - 1766kbps, 1788kbps.
The highest throughput I have ever achieved on the speed test is around 2200kbps.
Could you please look into this and check if there is a problem, as the speeds seem too low for the IP profile and connection rate.

Hi there,
As Peter suspected, we weren't profiling your line correctly at our end.
I've amended your profile now and if you reboot your connection, you should start to see imoproved speeds.

I have just run another speed test and achieved 6140kbps.
