Poor Broadband Speed

We've had Plusnet broadband about 3 weeks now but I'm disappointed with the speed. Also, when speaking on the phone, we're told by whoever it is we're speaking to that we're very quite and theycan hardly hear us. I'm wondering if there's a fault somewhere?

It would appear that you have a phone fault which should be reported to your phone supplier if not Plusnet or via this if it is Plusnet http://portal.plus.net/my-account/tools/phone-troubleshooter

Thanks for the link. I Ran the checker but it's not finding any problems. I suppose the next step is to I ring Plusnet and sit in their very long queue.

if you phone now you should get through almost immediately

Reasons for slow broadband speed is below mentioned

- Disturbance in phone line.

- Router is not properly connected to master socket.

Let both these defects to be checked. It will certainly solve your problem.
