Plustnet recommended....

So over a month ago I recommended plusnet to my brother as I thought it would be a great option for him , Ive had nothing but praise for plusnet so why shouldn't i Huh
He took the plunge and signed up..... Up to this day he has had 3 switch on dates they have all come and gone and he still has no internet, the latest was supposed to been before midnight last night to be switch on, checked again this morning guess what still no internet.
I'm writing this as it looks bad on my part for recommending and I have endless  phone calls from him asking me what I think is wrong and there messing him around.

Can you get hold of a ticket number from his account and post it on here. It will enable the PN Digital Care Team to investigate.

I don't think a ticket number was issued, everything was done over the phone ,  when ever the switch on date passed he would ring and they would issue another date, the last date was sent to him buy text message early yesterday afternoon say he will be on by midnight.

It doesn't matter what the ticket was for - any one will enable them to find the account. Go to http://contactus.plus.net/ (while logged in to the portal as your brother) to find one.

There are no ticket numbers on his account, just messages about his order from day etc.
