PlusnetProtect Problem downloading.

Hi Just joined Plusnet and this forum and although I have managed to download the Plusnet Protect software onto my desk top PC I cannot get it onto my Laptop. .Cannot remove the old BT McAfee and cannot install the new. Checked Java script and ok. Help, hope I've got this in the right forum slot. Thanks.
