How do I order a Plusnet wireless router? I've no plans to leave plusnet as I'm extremely happy with the service but I can't find anywhere on the site to order a router unless you are a new customer.

Hi trulyconfused,
If you're happy for us to take a payment of £4.99 from the card details on your account (for postage and packing) and either pay £40 for the router, or defer the £40 and only pay it if you leave within the next 12 months, then we'll send you one straight out.
Please let us know and we'll get it ordered for you.

If your staying and you want a free router maybe worth a shot but for £40 there are better routers out there.
