Plusnet will not come back to me very poor CS

Despite writing many emails and calling to the number of the CS agent who was supposed to be helping Plusnet never came back to me
We had an awful experience in transferring from Sky broadband to plus net
We were left for several days with no broadband
It was eventually sorted out but I expect someone to compensate us
Due to work commits I have not been able to chase up but noticed my bill payments this morning which prompted me to share this with you all
In addition I have a suspicion that plus net have recently lowered the speed I was getting in ht e first few days and weeks
Broadband is still reasonably fast but not like experienced in the first few weeks
For a company who's big sell is the Customer Service I was very surprised - will go Virgin once I'm out of the minimum period unless they actually contact me and do the honourable thing for the mess they created on transfer and look at the speeds.

Pop some more details up about your speed issue - FTTC or ADSL etc ?
You'll find lots of knowledgeable people here on the forum who should be able to help Smiley

They use their ticket (question) system which is traceable and accountable.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you feel that you've had poor service from us.
I've taken a look over your account and can see that your install was delayed which we managed to rectify within four days, is this what you are referring too?
Regarding your speeds there doesn't appear to be any issues with your line, if you're still experiencing slower speeds I'd suggest trying a PPPoE and if there's no improvement run through our faults wizard and  we'll take a closer look at that.
