Plusnet website not reporting usage correctly 4/8 on

For me since Saturday my usage is showing as 0.00GB, when I have definitely been using some data.
Please could Plusnet sort this out.

Neither am I and yesterday only showing something 58 Mb which I would have thought was a bit low too.

My VMBU shows lower than expected on Saturday 3rd during 'peak' time, then shows zero ever since.

My usage is now being recorded, although Saturday and Sunday are still blank.

One thought for those who are on limited packages is this. What would happen if the records were retrospectively reconstructed for a previous month, and excess usage detected? Would PN attempt to make a late claim?
I am glad to be on unlimited, that making usage of merely a matter of information at msot times.
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

@waynepyrah - I'll get someone to look into that, you've reconnected since your last billing date so usage should definitely be showing. I'll update as soon as I hear anything.
@lucerne - our standard practice is to disregard periods that are uncertain and if usage is added to a previous month and we've already billed for that month there certainly wouldn't be any retrospective charges added.

@waynepyrah - looks like there's a problem affecting the display of usage on your account. As you're on Unlimited I hope it's not causing any issues for you, unfortunately as yet we can't really advise of a time and date for the fix though. Problem ID is 76176 for reference.
