Plusnet site not available (Wednesday evening)

Hi, bit of a weird one this but last night I couldn't access the PlusNet site at all for a good few hours, or my Member centre, or this community site. However all other sites I usually go on (Google, BBC etc) were fine!
Why would this be? I'm a new fibre customer by the way, as of last Thursday.

If this happens again, can you go to usertools.plus.net/@gateway note down what it says. Then log in to your router, disconnect/reconnect and try again. If you can get to the site go to that link again and note down the gateway.
