Plusnet profile stuck

My plusnet speed profile seems to have got stuck at 2000.
The latest small improvement to my line dates back to May 11, when I noticed slightly higher sync speeds, and later spotted that the ATUC Vendor Code had also changed. It's now 54535443, Texas Instruments, the same company as the chips in my Netgear DG834G v3 router, which might explain the higher speeds. I guess some equipment in the exchange was replaced or some cables swapped around, and it worked out better for me.
Current stats:
US Connection Rate:    448    DS Connection Rate:    2976
DS Line Attenuation:    57      DS Margin:              11
US Line Attenuation:    31      US Margin:              18
The BT speedtester did report a profile of 2500 a while ago, today it's strangely saying that my IP profile is 2742 Kbps. My Plusnet account name is "sheldfamily".

Hi esj,
I've matched your PN profile with the 2500 profile on BTs side now. You might need to disconnect and reconnect the router to see the faster speeds though.

Thank you, the router re-connected by itself, and the speed is increased.
