Plusnet profile nudge

Hi
My BT IP profile is 6500 (see attached) yet my PN "current line speed" is 6000.
Can an admin please nudge the PN line speed?

How long has it been different? It can take up to 12 hours for a change in the BT profile to be passed on to Plusnet's system.
