Plusnet profile needs updating after transfer to 21CN

I was transferred to ADSL2+ last Friday after my exchange was upgraded to 21CN.
My router stats are currently:-
Connection speed:  16547 kbps (down) / 1151 kbps (up)
Line Attenuation:      21.0 db (down) / 8.4 dp (up)
Noise Margin:            6.7 db (down) / 6.2 dp (up)
A recent BT Speed Test shows:-
Download speed achieved during the test was - 6.63 Mbps
For your connection the acceptable range of speeds is 4Mbps - 21 Mbps
IP Profile for your line is - 14.6 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was 1.04 Mbps
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is 832 Kbps
My Plusnet Profile has not changed from pre ADSL2+ status of 7.15 Mbps but the BT Speed Test has shown a BT profile of 14.6 Mbps since Friday. Please could somebody from Plusnet amend my Plusnet profile to match the BT profile. Should this not have done so automatically by now ?

Since posting I notice that my connection speed has now increased to 18491 kbps with a BT Profile of 16.31 Mbps. The Plusnet profile remains at 7.15 Mbps.

I have raised your profile to 16300 to allow for your new BT IP profile. This should take effect shortly.
