Plusnet profile Update Please (+IE9 access to forum issue!)

Please can I ask that my plusnet speed profile is updated to match the BT one just obtained (below)?
"Download speed achieved during the test was - 12.89 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 14.11 Mbps"
Also, can I ask does anyone who logs in to read/reply in this forum and uses /has access to IE9 and if so, are they able to log on to the forum - I get an error everytime I lock on and cookies are mentioned. I cannot now log on to the forum since moving to system that uses IE9 system. Chrome doesn't seem to work either, only Firefox!! IE8 on my old system does.
Grateful to know if it's just me! and if there's a solution - the accept all cookies etc and naming this site as allowed, made no difference!

I've just checked using IE9 and had no issues.

I have replied over there re. the speeds, as the reconnections at the various speeds was due to work I was doing here on a new router.

PS. The IE9 issue is overcome by ticking the box to stay logged in. The default with timeout fails.
