Plusnet payment query

As my credit card is due to expire this month Plusnet asked me to update my new card details but on entering these details the commencement date (May) is not accepted so I am unable to enter them until next month. My payments to Plusnet are made early in the month so my concern is that I might not have time to get them altered in time.
The card number remains the same, its just the start and expiry dates that differ.
I Have raised a ticket about this.

In four or five years time they might get round to fixing this!

BTW - did you try editing your primary card details or adding your replacement card as a secondary card?
