Plusnet line profile problem !!

I recently noticed all my browsing activity is terribly slow so I did a speed test and got this result 

I am synced at 6912/448 currently. I looked at my Plusnet Line Profile and it is at 250 which is obviously the cause of the problem.
Can someone look into this please before I raise a fault !

Hiya,
This isn't a problem with our profile, it's the BT one.
It should pick back up fairly quickly, at which point your speeds will return.

whats your bt profile http://www.speedtester.bt.com/ if thats 250 then youve had low sync event and with an increase in sync to 6000  should get your profile back in 1day an not 3days.
if its not the above have you gone over your usage limit?

You sure James .. BT have my line profile at 6000 and only achieved 23kbps on their speed test  ..

Thanks - I've just amended our profile.
If you try rebooting in about 5 minutes you should see an improvement in speed.
