Plusnet informed me their system stoped my internet service

How do I provide photos for people who want proof this page exists?

On a phone or tablet, take a screenshot (some use the volume down and power button)

On a windows based PC/laptop I use snipping tool and select 'save as' and give it a random name on my desktop

Then use either of these

You may need to click open if you use the top arrowed option before clicking done

The info is coming from Plusnet as I am a Plusnet customer using a Plusnet router !so if the info in my router isn't linked with Plusnet then who else is my router linked to ? My provider is Plusnet there's no other provider . I don't have a home phone .
So you are saying my provider isn't Plusnet and I don't know about it ? If I'd if switched providers in the last 24 hours if know about it . The info is on the routers configuration page which tells you how your router is connected to other devices . Plusnet have confirmed they are my provider .
I rang Plusnet ar 8am because I could not watch or use the internet from the previous evening from 6pm on .
I tried all night to access the hub but could not . Plusnet checked internet and service was stopped by the system 7.30pm and I've not had a service since .
They said they didn't know why the automated system stopped my services .

Yes but how do I send photos to people on here ?, Plusnet said they didn't want proof . If you tell me how to send you a photo I will !

Yes and how do I send photos on here ?Noone has answered this question ! I dont know how how to send people in the community photos! Isn't sending photos via personal email advised against ? I've no idea how send community users photos .

With the greatest respect, @Aimeep , I suggest you get a reputable computer engineer to have a look at what is wrong with your equipment - trying to remote help someone who won't help us to help them is a waste of time and effort.

There isn't anything wring with my laptop it's brand new .I cannot access the hub on my phone either do firs test mean my 2 month old brand new Motorola phone is also faulty as well as my new iPad and tablet? They all happen ti be faulty ?* The router cannot be accessed from any device that means theres a router issue ior connection issue it firs not mean because s router page cannot be accessed because the network no longer recognises does not mean every item you own happens to have exactly the same design flaw the chances of that are impossible and d have to be really stupid to believe that .Yes I'm stupid but I'm not that stupid!

I cannot access the hub on my phone laptop iPad it tablet because the router firs not accept the username which Plusnet has confirmed as correct do non if these new devices are faulty !

OK, because I'm a glutton for punishment - What happens if you type '192.168.1.254' - without the quote marks - into the ADDRESS bar of your LAPTOP?
