Plusnet informed me their system stoped my internet service

You are incorrect AND IM NOT A LIAR UNDER SETTINGS THERES ALSO CONFIGURATION SETTINGS. THE BOXES SRE ALREADY FILLED. THEY HAVE TWO BOXES WHICH DAY INTERNET BLOCKED FROM 7.30AM YESTERDAY UNYIL 12.30 TOMORROW. AN ANOTHER SAYS ACCESS YO ROUTER IS DENIED.
I OFFERED THEM A PHOTO AS PROOF BUT THRY SAID THEY DIDN'T WANT PROOF AS I'M OBVIOUSLY A BIG FAT LIAR..
I AM TELLING THE TRUTH!!!!!!! Please stop trying to suggest I'm s mad old woman or have imagined these hub configuration settings because I have not !!!!

@Aimeep no one is calling you a liar. You may very well be seeing that information, however I'm pretty sure that the information is not coming from Plusnet. I'm pretty sure that you've been infected by some virus or malware which is generating the false information.

When you say you have spoken to Plusnet, did they call you or have you called them using the Customer support number 0800 432 0200 ?

Also, the more I read this topic, the more I feel you have a bad computer virus infection.

Why say the configuration page firs not exist and no customer has ever had this problem and technicians working for Plusnet for many many years have never ever found a customer experiencing such Issurs . A comment is " my thoughts exactly Plusnet probably don't believe you because that configuration page does not exist and no such info is available on router pages .
So that's an indirect way of saying I'm Lieing or I've made it up it's impossible for a routers configuration settings that can be viewed by the user or Plusnet .
The router does have configuration settings ! That's how you access the devices connected to the router!!!

What we are saying - and some of us have 40+ years of computer experience - is that we strongly suspect you have a virus infection which has corrupted your Hub and devices.

As said before, some actual pictures of these messages would be extremely useful.

Try yourself . Log into your router . Click configuration under your log in settings. It will tell you what devices are using WiFi on the hub and if you are able to connect to the internet .You will see three boxes m Two with times sbdvsnitgrr to let you know if you are temporarily blocked from the internet or permanently blocked. The page with this info exists !!!!

I don't use a Plusnet Hub, so can you post a picture to explain what you are saying?

@Aimeep , is the page you are seeing like the one in the picture below? Only maybe where it says "Plusnet Access Control" it says something different?

You will need to enter the hubs admin password (lower right on label) If that gains access are any yes options ticked?

Several of us have asked for a picture - it may help us to understand where you are seeing the blocked message, and just where it comes from, and why - and what to do about it.
