Quite a large disconnection at the moment. Could this be the 80/20 ?

It shouldn't be know, have you tried to reconnect?

Just power cycled and re connected. Still nothing. Wierd. It's been pretty stable of late too.

I have been having long diconnections all weekend with loss of broadband  >:(, please can you put me back on 40/10 as this has been happening since the upgrade to 80/20????
Over 2 weeks of good stability to this.
Ive updated my ticket.

I've placed an order to move you back to the 40/10 speeds, hope it stops the disconnections from happening.
