Plusnet down (again)

... and once more, they don't even seem to have any manpower to either a) resolve the issue or b) let their customers know that there is an issue. I already get shockingly slow broadband connection speeds in my village, with Plusnet's speed dropping to less than 2mb download and 0.2mb upload speeds. Gigaclear are just installing the last of their pots in our village, and are going live in the next two or three weeks. Fibre to the door. Guess what I'm going to do when that happens ...

I'm getting DNS failures from the automatically supplied server at 252.159.6.10.
Also - Where has "My Questions" gone - I can't even report a fault!
