Plusnet call centre help

Today we lost our internet connection, and being unable to resolve called the help centre number. A complete reset of the router was required, probably originating with me changing the password then forgetting about the change. The call centre lady was very helpful, and patient while I made a few wrong entries in the instructions she supplied. All is now fine, and I'm grateful for the excellent help.
