Plusnet broadband and BT phone line

I have Plusnet broadband over a normal BT phoneline.
If I change to a cheaper supplier of the line (not BT or Plusnet), will this cause any broadband problems?
There seem to be a number of  suppliers who will take over the BT line (as Plusnet can do).
Our tiny exchange is not LLU and probably never will be!!

Welcome to the forum mungodaisy.
It shouldn't cause any problems as it will still be a BT line even though you will be paying a third party for the rental charge.

Hi there,
So long as you don't move to an LLU provider your broadband won't be affected (the line needs to remain in Openreach operation, so any reseller of Openreach services will do).
