Having one support issue after another I have to realise my BT line is now and likely always will be **expletive** and I should have a Plusnet supported router instead of the Draytek 2710n in service now.
What are these? Will Plusnet sell me one?
Thanks

Hi muymalestado,
We provide Thomson TG585v7 routers and we can indeed send you one. The £40 charge for the router will be waived if you stay with us for 12 months - you would only need to pay the £40 if you were to leave within 12 months. The only up-front payment we need is £4.99 for the postage and packaging and once this has been paid we will order it for you. You can either call us on 0845 140 0200 to make that payment or if you have a card registered on the account I could do that for you.
Jojo

As ever, first class service.
There is a card or a bank attached to my account and I would be happy to have that debit setup and to stay another 12 months. Whatever it takes to get closer to the support team.
