After a line problem where ADSL was working ( not sure what speed) was fixed, my speed was low ( 06/0.7)
And after leaving a message in the line fault topic on here it went back up again, however this morning im now getting this
Estimated line speed:
13Mb (This may vary between 7.5Mb and 17Mb) - Checked on 2014-06-05 00:26:04
Current line speed:
0.5 Mb
And from the router stats:
Current rate: 1027 up / 11684 down
max rate 1036 up / 1280 down
snr margin 6.0 up / 6.0 down
attenuation 14.0 up / 31 down
from speedtest.btwholsael.com
Download speedachieved during the test was - 0.46 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 10.31 Mbps
voice line working ok.

Pint,
PN have not slowed you down. It looks like the improvement in your line condition has yet to generate an update from BTOR into PN's systems. This should happen automatically. You might find that dropping the PPP session through the router interface will initiate the change. If not this will need to wait until DCT pick up this post.
Keep an eye on the current speed in the PN portal.
Your synch speed (controlled by BTOR) is lower than it might be, please post the full router stats, including error counts.

Profile updated.
You'll just need to log into your router hit 'Disconnect' and 'Connect' again and that should sort things out for you.
