Plusnet... Why is your service slower?

Dear Plusnet,
Tomorrow it will have be 14 days since I noticed my broadband develope a line fault. This is the same situation as two moths ago.
Last time, the fault was logged, analysed, confirmed, a BT engineer despatched and the fault fixed within a week. So, naturally that is my benchmark for your customer support.
This time, day 13 and I'm still waiting to hear when the BT engineer can visit my house.
The process seems much slower this time. It seems everytime a new request or instruction is added to my ticket, it takes another 48hrs to move to the next step in the process.
So Plusnet, what has changed? Are there more problems with the ADSL2+ systems or have you cut back on your staff? Or, is BT giving your less support?
My patience is running out!!!

My phonecall this morning determined that someone in Plusnet decided my problem was fixed but a request for an Outreach engineer was still live.
Left Hand...... Right Hand.....Huh?Huh
I still only have 87kbs downline speed...... Please get the engineer to my house and get this fixed!!!!
