Plusnet Usage graph not updating

The Broadband traffic by usage type graph halfway down the page at http://www.plus.net/support/network_performance/broadband_bandwidth_usage.shtml has been stuck with the same graph displayed up to about 14:00 on the day it failed.  It has been stuck for weeks!
If someone from PlusNet reads this, can it be fixed please?  The other graphs on the same page are updating OK.

We've been looking at this reported problem this morning but we can't replicate your problem.  The graphs on this page are updating as designed.  Is this still appearing 'stuck' to you?  If so, have you tried refreshing or trying another browser?  I'll keep checking back in case I've missed anything here.

It's still stuck here both in IE and Firefox.

The other graphs on the page are updating correctly (the packets dropped graphs and broadband traffic by users)
Just the Broadband traffic by usage type graph is stuck!
Flushing the caches, deleting cookies etc has no effect.

It's stuck for me too (XP-SP2+IE7).  I don't suppose there's any connection with the long-standing "Done, but with errors on page" status message?

Stuck for me too. Coincidence that Pete happened to look at it around 3:00pm? - It probably did look accurate then

I was going to say, I'd been watching it to make sure it was behaving itself.  Thank you for flagging it up
