You appear to have a second line from Plusnet - is this correct

Avast anti virus did not like those images says they are infected with a virus.

Kaspersky is very happy with them - get a decent anti virus

Or, Avast is indicating a genuine threat and Kaspersky isn't. So get a decent antivirus.

Yes second line was Plusnet
Line was OK
It was getting to many erors so Bt capped me at 0.35 mb/s
Today BT enginier ran tests
Remove cap
ran test get alot of crn or icr errors on download so he changed connection from fast to interlink or somthing and he said its was becouse i am to far awai now getting better staible connection
Than ring plusnet support remove cap
and getting 4 megs when before was 2000 - 3500
So its settings at bt that matter

And TALK TALK slower even it show not that much diference in test diference is huge
And some games and web pages don show videos and games say that on Talk talk i am bihind firewall lol
After line on plusnet reseted never had any problem always good ping in game and youtube works well
Same for upload speeds

Had some problems on the line so was doing this and that changing adls2 modes
start to get best speed and when you watch youtube line dont drop in middle of hd1080 video so you can watch having no buffering in middle of movie
Also improved download speed even actual speed on speed test lower, internet download manager 6.14 makes some difference
So try MTU lowering in router it my help allot
i was doing this in cmd
ping www.google.com -l 1300 -n 10 -f
where 1300 is mtu that i put in router after testing becouse 1350 and higher keept loosing pacets or didn't work lowering this to 1300 i had stable packets in out no more los at all
and then you need to change mtu in windows what i did but i thing router is that moust you need changing so i did it only becouse found how to but was working fine whet 1500 mtu default in windows thats what you do in cmd

Even under high download load i still can use brodband and surf net easy and no peak times   as normali in 6-8 18-22    was the worst broadband but not enymore now i can even play games so almoust forgot about peak times ty plusnet for all that time spend on me trying to solve problem on line

It's amazing how much of a difference it makes, you can forget what you can use the internet for when you start to get improved speeds.

Yeap speed is very staible even at peak times and goes from 480 to 700
