this is not urgent, I would appreciate an update, as I had no phone or broadband for two days & a drop in speed from 59-37 Mbps. Thanks.

actually picked up to 47.43. Does the Plusnet profile limit my router download speed as I'm still only getting 35ish?
Could someone please update the Plusnet profile so my speed matches the BT IP Profile?

Just had a visit from Openreach speed test result is :
Download speed achieved during the test was - 44.74 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speed 16 Mbps-58.08 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 58.08 Mbps
Would you please change the Plusnet profile as it's still showing
Current line speed: 47.4 Mb

The engineer said he has reset my profile (which will take 24 hours, but the profile is now nearly where is was 7 days ago 58.08 (compared to 59.84)
