Hi,
can you please adjust my profile to give me the max possible speed? My baby boy keeps pulling the plug on my BT openreach modem and everytime my sync speed keeps dropping. I've lost around 8 meg speed so far.
Thanks
Kamal

They most likely can't change anything as they don't have direct control of DLM. You'll have to wait for it to automatically increase your speeds again when it determines your line is stable enough.

@kamalaggi
Just letting you know that the profile on our systems currently matches that we see on BT's so I'd also advise waiting a few days and the profile should uplift itself as bradw rightly says.
Also if your little one keeps unplugging the modem you might want to consider how/where its plugged in and perhaps see if it can be plugged in somewhere that's not as easily accessible like behind a desk for example but I shall leave the finer points of parenting down to you
