Plusnet Router damaged by lightning.

My TG585 Router was damaged by lightning. How much will a replacement cost? It was supplied in October 2011.

Just get a new one for the postage cost - I think that this is now £5.99 - or alternatively  just buy one yourself
To get a "free one" go to Product Change in the portal and select "Change my Product" It will then take you to the next page where you select "Keep this product" then the next page is where you can order a router which is free except for P&P if you stay for 12 months
