Hi,
Can you confirm this is active on my account and working as required?  I've not been experiencing the same speeds during peak hours that I used to get with FTP as its very slow both up and down, this has been going on for just over a week now.

I can confirm the Pro add-on is indeed enabled, the current ellacoya profile is correct as well. Also your line profiles on ours and BTs sides match at 6500.
Is this FTPing to different sites or always to the same one?

Always the same server, during non-peak times it's fine however when it hits peak times the uploads / downloads slow to a complete snails pace.
I'm the only person with FTP Access to this server too as it's locked down via IPTables on the server.

Hi there,
You say you're the only person with FTP access, is it used for anything else that could lead to it being accessed during peak times?
If not, we'll be able to take a look if you could provide a wireshark capture of the FTP traffic to make sure it's being correctly prioritised. Are other protocols slow for you at the same time, i.e. web etc?
